We Remember Graffiti Artist Stay High 149

Sugarcane sends it condolences to Wayne Roberts AKA Stay High 149. Stay high was known for his distinct style of graffiti that made him an icon in street art. Stay High was known for putting art work on trains while he held down a day job as a Wall Street messenger. In the 1970’s Stay High left the scene to focus on his family but re-emerged 25 years later as an icon to a a generation of graffiti fans. Stay High 140 passed away Monday in New York City from Liver disease. Here is a short video about Stay High and his work.
