This morning I did what most people do: have my quiet time and then checked Instagram ( You do it too). I eventually came across an Mohammed Talaat from Gallery Misr in Egypt. He will be hosting an exhibition for Egyptian artist Essam Marouf. I was drawn to his images and and his color palette . Mr. Marouf was born in Cairo, studied Fine Arts at Helwan University in Cairo and Academia de Bella Artes in Rome. Since that time he has exhibited in Egypt, Dubai, Rome and Amsterdam amongst other locations. His current exhibition at Gallery Misr in Cairo closes on January 7, 2015.
