State of Black Philanthropy 2022 uplifts the rich legacy of Black generosity and leadership in Miami

The Miami Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Greater Miami, invites the whole community to virtually attend the seventh annual State of Black Philanthropy, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 6 p.m.

Hosted from the Historic Hampton House and the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center, the online event will allow attendees to learn from and celebrate community leaders, artists, philanthropists, and local organizations working to strengthen Greater Miami’s Black communities.

The evening will honor and uplift the legacy of Black generosity and leadership in Miami, reflect on the events of the past year, and convene the community around racial equity and justice, through online roundtable conversations and artistic performances. State of Black Philanthropy reflects the Foundation’s deep commitment to Greater Miami’s growth as an inclusive and diverse community and will additionally announce the Foundation’s next commitments for this work.
