To participate in the selection send :
6 to 8 Photos of art works that you have now ( low resolution)
Each photo with: Artwork Name – Size – Medium – $ Price
Artworks Size NO GREATER THAN 40 in. x 30 in. It could be smaller.
ONLY Paintings on CANVAS. NO FRAMES – NO installations, NO sculptures

If selected, art needs to be delivered to AOTA in NYC by February 8, 2013
Artwork transportation to and from AOTA will not be covered by AOTA, it is Artist’s expense
Artwork will be displayed and available for purchase at exhibits
AOTA will not be held liable for any damage the artworks might incur during transportation.
Art not sold will be returned to artists after March 8, if no other arrangements are done between both parties (Artist – AOTA)
Artwork sold will be split 65% Artist and 35% AOTA.
