The Harlem Arts Stroll relaunches the second week of September with two editions: a Thursday After-Work Edition from 5pm to 8pm and a Saturday Edition from 1pm to 6pm featuring 9 Harlem Galleries and 2 coffee shops featuring as well as a special mural stop featuring the work of Paul Deo, all sponsored by Harlem based and businesses and nonprofits.
