Opening Night of ABFF and Robert Townsend’s “The Hive”

The American Black Film Festival ( ABFF 2011 ) kicked off Wednesday evening with the opening screening of Robert Townsend’s “The Hive”. The film is based off of the true story of Vivian Saunders, who with little formal education, started an alternative school nicked named “The Hive” for troubled young men.
