When I was a kid, I loved the mini series ” Shaka Zulu” . It was on Fox in the U.S. ( who would have thought that!) and it came on for years after the first broadcast during Black History Month here in the United States. I loved being introduced to the story and seeing new actors that I had never seen before. And of course, the the connection to Africa. Here is a clip :
