Acme Studios IRP Associate Artist Residency

Acme Studios IRP is now accepting applications directly from international artists for 1, 2, or 3 month self-funded residencies. The Associate Artist Residency can be tailored to the specific needs of artists, allowing them to research, develop relationships and focus on their work in a supported environment. Residencies can be developed around a particular project or conceived of as a networking and contacts focused, using the residency framework as a base to explore London. The IRP manager mentors AAR artists individually, matching their skills and ambitions with industry experts. We help make the most of their time in London by introducing new creative supports and establishing mentoring relationships by facilitating introductions, discussions and presentations with contemporary galleries, consultants, artists and cultural organisations.

Requirements:
Artists working in any discipline are welcome to apply. Artists require five years of professional experience, strong English language skills and the confidence to hold discussions (in English) with arts industry professionals. AAR is not open to undergraduate students. Postgraduate students may apply if they have the required previous professional experience.
